I Ask My Self: Are You Happy Yet?
I am writing this in the mid of night. Sitting on the bed, accompany with my wonderful bedfellow: pillow, netbook, and radio’s sound, I start my bed’s agenda. I am like to do anything before my time of sleep arrive, sound like, write down my all day activity, listen to romantic song, watching news, and read some of book.
But I don’t how, I spend my time nothing for about one hours. Still can’t close my eyes. I try harder to kill my insomnia simpthom, but still not work proper. Suddenly, my brain flows and telling me something important about what the most people search for in their each living. I figure out what was going on my previous moments. Yes, I’ve got stuck on a one criteria: happiness.
Almost all the people have heard the famous quotation of happiness. Some fall back on it because it makes them sound wise and thoughtful, while others consider it a convenient explanation to deal with life: bad and good.
As a life coach, I deal with unhappy people on daily basis. Behind each paranoia, addiction and conflict, there is the core issue of trying to fill ugly gaping holes in the soul. The person feels inadequate and empty inside, and seeking something to make thing right. The more they see out, the more they find, the more they feel exhausted, inadequate and empty. It become a vicious cycle.
The happiness may comes from within because you are the happiness itself. But in practically, someone it’s not always easy to put the action on happy face concept. Health and happiness often goes together, and we have a selection of health-related stories.
However, to find the happiness you have to know first itself. The word’s present is a guide to perceived and touching it from another door. The price of happiness seems right there ready and waiting for us. So why do many of us find that we’re not living so happily ever after?
Everyone, including me, need a magic “tools” at least to enlighten the walk of life and finding what exactly means outfit. Where I should search the right one its happiness? I keep on searching…
